Super Top Restaurant Kuantan Review

Both Mr. Bob and I refused to spend so much for dinner at Mangala Resort and so decided to have our dinner somewhere outside of the resort. However, we had to travel quite a distance (30 mins) to be exact to our location Tanjung Lumpur. After reading multiple reviews on Google and Tripadvisor, Super Top Restaurant was our target that night.

We arrive around 7pm at the restaurant, the crowd wasn't so bad. Mr. Bob straightaway went to choose our seafood and place our order. Some of the seafood like the cockerels and the squids have a minimum order of 500g which I personally thought was ridiculous, given the fact that only the two of us will eat the majority of the food. The children will only have bites of bits and pieces.

What we ordered? We had Kang Kung belacan, Kailan Ikan Masin, Butter Prawn, Steamed Cockerels and deep fried squid. Personally, the food quality was average and the prices were on the high side. Our dinner cost us about RM 135 (with no fish). Maybe the prawns are expensive.

Mr. Bob nudged me to order one lobster, and I asked him if he was crazy enough to spend RM185 that one dish. Hahahah!

Maybe next time we will try other restaurant nearby and hope that we hit that jackpot.
