Uncle Jai Cafe

This school holiday, we've plan a four days gateaway with the kids, tok ayah, nenma and nane's family to Langkawi. We booked it way back during Malindo air's promo and get the best price of RM 69 per way per person. Amazingly cheap right? Anyway, it was when Tok Ayah heard the plan that he was interested to go by Air Asia.

Since, we are bringing quite a number of people for this trip, I booked a homestay called Kapal Terbang Guesthouse Homestay by Kak Yati. It was such a good move for my part as the house was huge and comfortable. The kids enjoyed each other company throughout the stay. There was also a small stall selling assortments of desserts for teatime just around the corner of the homestay. *Thumbsup*

For the first night, Mr. Bob and I brought Tok Ayah and Nenma to Uncle Jai Cafe, Kuah Town. This restaurant came highly recommended by tripadvisor (with recommendation by K Yati as well), that we had to give it a try. You can order seafood or western grill. We opt for some fresh seafood. :) The lime steam Siakap was so good that even Farissa *the picky eater* enjoyed it. The price was also fair that we paid around RM110 including drinks for the whole family!

We highly recommend this restaurant for a visit if you are ever in Langkawi!
