Lost Time at Home~

Aaaaaaaah...... At last, a break after a long tired hassled work has finally comes to an end... Phew! I must admit that last week was challenging for me but I had overcome and conquered! Yea haaaw!! Learnt a lot too something I did not know until was assigned to take up and owed up.. *Alhamdullilah* I am surrounded by such committed team as well.. :)

Something to look forward to this week.. Spending more time with my kids! Yippie.. Farissa and Ruzain has always been my top priority in life but last week was indeed a hectic time for me. Mr. Bob was hired as the honorable house husband and been really good about it. Love you Papa! He makes sure the laundry was done, school uniforms are iron (via dobi), little tummies are filled (via open houses), plants are watered, school shoes are scrubbed and whiten..

That is why ladies and gentleman, I can't wait to get to my normal routines *although washing and cleaning is entitled* :)

My little garden after sprinkled time
I can't wait to get back to my desert making self - trifle in a cup with cookies on top!
My little busyuk2 on a Sunday morning with breakfast
Baked Penne for lunch! Yummey!

Paragon 202 Open House

My family and I moved to Paragon about 4 years ago. So, this year my parents and I decided to throw our first KL open house *usually in JB. Mr Bob had offered to rent out a mini tent (email if you want the contact) and my parents had volunteered to take up on food. Yeay!

The canopy rental was quite reasonably priced, they were on time although the set up (table cloth) was not up to standard. Or maybe it was because of the price? However, the caterer messed up as they arrived about half an hour late from our invited time which causes my dad to freak out madly crazily a bit. Other than that the food was ok, and everyone was quite happy with it. The satay was extremely good and everyone ate their heart out. Here are the details:

Canopy: Call this no. 0192773794
Satay: Zaini Satay
Kambing Golek and Catering: Azura Catering

My parents enjoyed their cup of tea before the Open House.
Awww just look at them *love*

While the kids were relaxing in front of the TV

Satay arrived. I am trying my very best to prepare what is needed.
The caterer was late and my Tok Ayah was nagging me constantly about it.
Talk about stress management.

Busily wastapp the caterer.
My sis gave me some 'inspiring words'.
Tee hee.

My first guest.
This is my uncle's family. My mom's younger brother.
Thanks for coming uncle!

Ayah Chu with his favorite nephew.
Adek seems obsessed with Ultraman right now *sigh*.

Ok. Caterer arrived. They set up as fast as they can.
Which was quite fast and at last our guest are able to enjoy themselves!

ABC station.

This is the super peak time.
Its lunch time and everyone was hungry.

Kambing golek.

While the adults was busily eating, the kids were busily playing and enjoying their ABC in the playroom.
Looks like everyone enjoying themselves here. :)

The overall event was a smashed hit.
Alhamdullilah 3x.
I am so blessed to have everyone come and spend their time in my home.
Thank you!

Me and Mrs. Melor relaxing after a long day of hard labor if love :)

Why No Sarawak Raya This Year?

Our initial plan was to visit Sarawak on the forth day of Raya. But we didn't actually achieve that. Since our first day visit to Johor, Ruzain was a bit off himself. It started of as a minor cough and exploded into fever and asthma. Mr. Bob decided to re-schedule our family trip to Limbang maybe towards end of December during the school holidays. Insyallah.

Third day of Raya, we followed Nenma and Tok Ayah back Batu Pahat and Muar, Johor. This year only our family did tagged along as Mama Ngah had to return to Banting that day. So off we went!

The next day, after we skipped our flight *thanked GOD it was MAS*, we went to KLIA to get our refund for our flight booking. Although it was not 100% return, we were quite happy on what were received.
Mama Ngah called us to invite to her 'kampung'. They are making some scrumptious soto.
We couldn't let that pass.

On Friday, we had a chance to visit my Uncle in Subang.
I haven't seen him for a while.
The kids having a great time fondling with the house cat Solo and played in the playground opposite the house.

Alhamdullilah, it was an actually great time spent with family.
Really hope we could this again next year.
